HUNTINGTON APARTMENTS
Huntington Apartments is a 37 unit property located at 706 Huntington
Avenue in Brigham Circle. Ten apartments are available to
low-income tenants. Two units are designed for handicapped
individuals. Apartments are one bedrooms and studios. This project
involved the adaptive reuse of a historic hotel. Many of the
original interior features and details have been maintained and
incorporated in the apartments. The property was donated to MHNHS by the Brigham and Women’s
Hospital in 1988. Huntington Apartments is managed by HallKeen

FRAWLEY DELLE APARTMENTS
Frawley
Delle Apartments, located at 7-17 Delle Avenue, 56 Delle Avenue, and
7-15 Frawley Street, is a 74 unit moderate rehab development.
Apartments are one to four bedrooms. Thirty units are available for
low income families. MHNHS has maintained the other units for
moderate income individuals and families. Frawley Delle was one of
the 10 projects to participate in the renovation of existing housing
under the demonstration program of the Boston Housing Partnership in
1983. Frawley Delle Apartments is managed by HallKeen Management.

HERE
HOUSE
HERE
House located at 40 Calumet Street is a 6 unit semi-congregate
building for independent low-income elders. This project involved
the purchase of two abandoned triple-deckers in 1980. One building
was razed to create off-street parking and a yard/garden area.
Several common rooms are available for the residents to gather and
socialize. HERE House is managed by Mission Hill Neighborhood
