Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services initiated the Revolving Loan Fund Program in 1975 when sources of home improvement funds for homeowners were minimal or nonexistent. The goal of the program is to revitalize and stabilize existing residential housing stock as an attractive and affordable resource for the diverse community of Mission Hill.  This program supports the overall goal of MHNHS to revitalize and stabilize the neighborhood for all those who live and work here.  Over the years the Revolving Loan Fund Program has a strong track record of providing over $2 million in home improvement financing to 200 Mission Hill homeowners.

Today MHNHS continues to offer home improvement loans through its Revolving Loan Fund Program to income eligible Mission Hill owner-occupants at low interest rates with a flexible payment schedule. Loans are currently at 3% interest rate.  Emergency interior repairs and exterior improvements have a priority.
